TRAILS: Teaching Resources and Innovations Library for Sociology is an online database of peer-reviewed teaching resources for sociology supported by the American Sociological Association. All materials go through a two-tiered peer review process. Submissions are reviewed by an editorial board member and the TRAILS editor to ensure the use of best practices in the scholarship of teaching and learning.
You should visit TRAILS for syllabi, assignments, class activities, and more for your sociology courses. I am sharing copies of all of my TRAILS resources here on The Sociology Coach.
